Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis to create noodles.
- Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet until fully cooked, then slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add zucchini noodles and cooked chicken to the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until zucchini is tender.
Notes
For a vegan option, use chickpeas and cashew cream instead of chicken and heavy cream.
