  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium and add cranberries and orange juice to the skillet.
