Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced

- Cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
