Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line or grease a loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until mixed.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  5. Pour wet ingredients into the dry mix; stir gently until well combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
