Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line or grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry mix; stir gently until well combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
