These crispy, cheesy chipotle chicken wraps are packed with grilled chicken, melty cheese, fresh veggies, and crunchy tortilla strips, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and grilled to golden perfection.

- 8 large 10-inch flour tortillas
- 16 oz grilled chicken breast strips
- 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped (~4 cups)
- 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes
- 3 oz crunchy tortilla strips (or crushed tortilla chips)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Taco Bell creamy chipotle sauce

- Avocado or guacamole
- Jalapeños
- Cilantro-lime rice
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Prep: Dice tomatoes, chop lettuce, and shred cheese if needed. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15–20 seconds to make them pliable.
- Assemble the wraps: On each tortilla, layer in this order: ½ cup shredded cheese, ½ cup grilled chicken, 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce, 1 tablespoon ranch, ½ cup chopped lettuce, 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes, and ⅓ cup crunchy tortilla strips.
- Wrap: Roll the burrito tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Grill: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Grill each wrap seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 1–2 minutes per side.
- Serve: Serve hot, or wrap in foil for meal prep and reheat as needed.
Notes
These wraps are great for meal prep and can be made with rotisserie chicken as a shortcut. For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole on the side.
