Description

A comforting and easy-to-make White Turkey Chili that’s perfect for cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat, breaking it apart.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft.
  3. Stir in the cumin and oregano and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the white beans, green chilies, corn, and chicken broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
