Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and evenly spread it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
This dip can last in the fridge for up to three days. If you’re a vegetarian, consider using sautéed mushrooms or chickpeas instead of chicken.
