Ingredients

  • 1 cup millet
  • 4 cups water or milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Rinse the millet under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine millet, water or milk, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
  5. Serve warm, topped with mixed berries.

Notes
