Description

A quick and nutritious energy bowl made with sweet medjool dates, crunchy walnuts, and pantry staples, perfect for a wholesome snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Gather the ingredients and tools.
  2. Process the dates and walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
  3. Add the oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract; pulse until well combined and sticky.
