Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients and tools.
- Process the dates and walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add the oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract; pulse until well combined and sticky.
- Transfer to a lined bowl or dish, pressing evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Remove and cut into squares or bars, then serve.
