Description

Quick and easy veggie stir-fry noodles that are customizable and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. Drain the noodles and toss them into the pan.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and toss it all together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Customize with your favorite veggies or proteins. Can be made vegan by using vegetable broth instead of chicken.
