Description
Quick and easy veggie stir-fry noodles that are customizable and delicious.
Ingredients
- 200g noodles
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and toss them into the pan.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and toss it all together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Customize with your favorite veggies or proteins. Can be made vegan by using vegetable broth instead of chicken.
