A quick and easy veggie stir-fry that combines colorful vegetables with bold flavors, all done in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
- Pour in soy sauce and stir well, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, toss, and serve hot.
