Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
