Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like carrots, peas, and bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Using day-old rice will prevent mushiness. Feel free to substitute veggies based on your preferences.
