Description
Quick and satisfying vegan garlic noodles that are easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- Spaghetti or noodles of choice
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with the soy sauce and maple syrup. Toss everything together for about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
Notes
Avoid using too much garlic and never skip the maple syrup for balance. Taste as you go!
