Vegan Garlic Noodles

Description

Quick and satisfying vegan garlic noodles that are easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • Spaghetti or noodles of choice
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 green onions (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with the soy sauce and maple syrup. Toss everything together for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions. Serve warm.

Notes

Avoid using too much garlic and never skip the maple syrup for balance. Taste as you go!
