Description

Delicious vegan doughnuts made with flaky puff pastry, sweet apples, and rich vegan caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • Puff pastry
  • Apples
  • Vegan caramel sauce
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into doughnut shapes.
  3. In a bowl, mix diced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Place the apple mixture in the center of half the doughnuts and cover with the other half. Press the edges to seal.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Once cooled, drizzle with vegan caramel sauce and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a day or refrigerate for up to three days. Can be frozen for up to a month.
