- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust for spice)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss them until they are well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- In the last 5 minutes of roasting, add the chopped pecans to the baking sheet.
- Remove from the oven, mix again, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, don’t overcrowd the baking sheet. Adjust sriracha for desired spiciness and consider adding other nuts for variety.
