Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 strips of bacon
- 4 sandwich rolls or hoagie buns
- Ranch dressing
- Cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Optional toppings (jalapeños, avocado, etc.)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes.
- In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain excess grease.
