Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Slider buns
  • Condiments of your choice


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced bell pepper, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Place the cooked patties on slider buns and add your favorite toppings.
  5. Serve and enjoy your delicious turkey sliders!

Notes

Avoid overmixing the patty mixture to prevent rubbery sliders. Let them rest for a minute after cooking before assembling.
