Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced bell pepper, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Place the cooked patties on slider buns and add your favorite toppings.
