Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Serve turkey mixture in lettuce leaves and garnish with green onions.
