Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
  • Sliced green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Serve turkey mixture in lettuce leaves and garnish with green onions.
