Delicious and easy Turkey Lettuce Wraps that are low-effort and high-flavor, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 head of lettuce (preferably iceberg or butter lettuce)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the sizzling oil and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Toss in the ground turkey and cook until browned, crumbling it as necessary.
- Stir in diced bell peppers and shredded carrots, cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, mixing well and cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Serve the turkey mixture in lettuce leaves.
Notes
Use fresh lettuce for the best texture. Feel free to customize with additional veggies or toppings.
