Description

Delicious and easy Turkey Lettuce Wraps that are low-effort and high-flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 head of lettuce (preferably iceberg or butter lettuce)
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the sizzling oil and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the ground turkey and cook until browned, crumbling it as necessary.
  4. Stir in diced bell peppers and shredded carrots, cooking for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce, mixing well and cooking for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the turkey mixture in lettuce leaves.

Notes

Use fresh lettuce for the best texture. Feel free to customize with additional veggies or toppings.
