Description
A warm, crispy tuna melt wrap made with creamy tuna salad, melted cheese, and a golden toasted tortilla. Quick, comforting, and easy to customize.
Ingredients

1 large flour tortilla (10-inch, burrito size)

1 (5 oz) can of tuna, drained

2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tbsp finely chopped celery

1 tbsp finely chopped onion

1 tsp mustard

¼ to ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, American, Colby)

Salt and pepper to taste

½ tsp neutral oil (vegetable or canola)
Instructions

Make the Tuna Salad
In a bowl, mix drained tuna, mayonnaise, relish, celery, onion, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. -
Assemble the Wrap

Place the tortilla on a clean surface.

Add cheese to the bottom half.

Spread the tuna salad on top of the cheese, leaving space around the edges.

Roll the Wrap

Fold in the left and right sides.

Roll tightly from the bottom like a burrito.

Toast It

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low.

Place the wrap seam-side down, press gently with a spatula.

Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.

Slice in half (optional) and enjoy warm.

Notes
You can swap mayo for Greek yogurt for a lighter option. Use your preferred cheese. Add lettuce or tomato if serving cold.
