Description

A warm, crispy tuna melt wrap made with creamy tuna salad, melted cheese, and a golden toasted tortilla. Quick, comforting, and easy to customize.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla (10-inch, burrito size)

  • 1 (5 oz) can of tuna, drained

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped celery

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • ¼ to ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, American, Colby)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp neutral oil (vegetable or canola)


Instructions

  • Make the Tuna Salad
    In a bowl, mix drained tuna, mayonnaise, relish, celery, onion, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Assemble the Wrap

    • Place the tortilla on a clean surface.

    • Add cheese to the bottom half.

    • Spread the tuna salad on top of the cheese, leaving space around the edges.

  • Roll the Wrap

    • Fold in the left and right sides.

    • Roll tightly from the bottom like a burrito.

  • Toast It

    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low.

    • Place the wrap seam-side down, press gently with a spatula.

    • Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.

 

  • Serve Immediately

    • Slice in half (optional) and enjoy warm.

Notes

You can swap mayo for Greek yogurt for a lighter option. Use your preferred cheese. Add lettuce or tomato if serving cold.
