Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes (or 5 minutes if you’re in a hurry).
