Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your electric smoker to 250°F (121°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a smoker-safe tray.
  5. Smoke the meatloaf in the preheated smoker for about 120 to 150 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
