Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes and avocados into even rounds.
- On a plate, layer a slice of tomato followed by a slice of avocado.
- Add a basil leaf on top of the avocado.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
