Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes and avocados into even rounds.
  2. On a plate, layer a slice of tomato followed by a slice of avocado.
  3. Add a basil leaf on top of the avocado.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
