Ingredients

- Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons

- Sandwich bread: 12 slices
- American cheese: 6 slices
- Swiss cheese: 6 slices
- Yellow mustard: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into six equal-sized patties.
- Add butter to the grill pan and allow it to melt. Place the patties in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
