Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 2 cups cooked sesame chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, cucumber, diced sesame chicken, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and ginger until smooth.
