Description

A simple and flavorful grilled salmon recipe infused with spices and fresh lemon, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 450°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture on both sides of the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until it releases from the grill grates.
  5. During the last minute of grilling, add lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour before grilling.
