A simple and flavorful grilled salmon recipe infused with spices and fresh lemon, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 450°F).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture on both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until it releases from the grill grates.
- During the last minute of grilling, add lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour before grilling.
