Description
Easy and flavorful Teriyaki Chicken Wraps that can be whipped up in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and teriyaki sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave without burning them.
- Layer lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions on each tortilla.
- Add the teriyaki chicken mixture on top of the veggies.
- Wrap tightly and slice in half to serve.
Notes
Feel free to substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp. Use soy sauce mixed with honey as a teriyaki substitute.
