Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and mix well. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are caramelized.
- Serve hot with extra teriyaki sauce on the side.
Notes
Make sure to soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
