Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Whisk until blended.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add diced chicken to the marinade, ensuring well-coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the Chicken: Add marinated chicken to the hot pan, cooking for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
