Description

A flavorful and spicy noodle dish that combines garlic chili oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar for a taste of authentic Szechuan cuisine.


Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 2 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • Salt, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the garlic chili oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Mix in the chopped green onions and sliced bell peppers.
  7. Season with salt to taste and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
