A flavorful and spicy noodle dish that combines garlic chili oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar for a taste of authentic Szechuan cuisine.
Ingredients
- 200g noodles
- 2 tablespoons garlic chili oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the garlic chili oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Mix in the chopped green onions and sliced bell peppers.
- Season with salt to taste and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
