Ingredients
- 200g noodles
- 2 tablespoons garlic chili oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Sliced green onions
- Additional vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat garlic chili oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss the drained noodles with the garlic and oil, then mix in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Stir in sliced green onions and desired vegetables; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
For additional protein, consider adding grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu on top.
