Description

Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 2 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Sliced green onions
  • Additional vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat garlic chili oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Toss the drained noodles with the garlic and oil, then mix in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.
  5. Stir in sliced green onions and desired vegetables; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes
