Description

A super simple dessert that combines sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar into bite-sized treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Enjoy your snowballs as a sweet treat!

Notes

For a variation, use crushed graham crackers instead of coconut or substitute almond extract for vanilla.
