Description
A super simple dessert that combines sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar into bite-sized treats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy your snowballs as a sweet treat!
Notes
For a variation, use crushed graham crackers instead of coconut or substitute almond extract for vanilla.
