Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
- Toss in the bell peppers and onion, and sauté until soft.
- Stir in the honey and hot pepper sauce until the chicken is well coated.
- Mix the cooked macaroni with the chicken mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
Customize the dish by using shrimp or tofu, and swap hot pepper sauce for sriracha as needed.
