Delicious and easy-to-make turkey meatballs with a flavorful sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, sweet chili sauce, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with additional sweet chili sauce if desired.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the turkey to keep the meatballs tender. You can also freeze these meatballs for later use.
