Ingredients
- 8 oz halloumi cheese
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 tortillas
Instructions
- Grill the halloumi cheese until crispy.
- Prepare the vegetables by slicing the lettuce, carrots, and cucumber.
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface.
- Place the grilled halloumi and crunchy veggies on the tortilla.
- Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
- Roll up the tortilla to enclose the fillings.
- Cut in half and serve.
