Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 cup of chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 head of butter lettuce


Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground chicken to the pan, breaking it apart and stirring until browned (approx. 5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, letting the chicken absorb the flavors.
  4. Toss in chopped bell peppers and shredded carrots, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in chopped green onions.
  6. Wash and separate the butter lettuce leaves.
  7. Spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
