  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 bell pepper, any color
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
