Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
