Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
