Ingredients
- 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks to your desired doneness, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Serve the seared steak topped with shrimp and creamy sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.
