Description

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks to your desired doneness, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  6. Serve the seared steak topped with shrimp and creamy sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.
