Description

A delightful and easy recipe for stuffed chicken breasts filled with cream cheese, spinach, and cranberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, spinach, dried cranberries, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cooked through.
