Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 1 cup chicken, grilled and diced
- 1 cup corn, roasted
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup lime juice

- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
