Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas and stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, mix well, and let cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the stir-fried veggies over the cooked brown rice.
