Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast, sliced
- 200g noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for about one minute.
- Stir in the soy sauce and honey, and let the sauce thicken.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and mix well.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
