Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, basting with the sauce halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
