Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, basting with the sauce halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for deeper flavor. For extra juiciness, use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs.
