Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, season steak with salt and pepper, and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove steak from skillet and let it rest.
- Sauté chopped onion and bell pepper in the same skillet for about 5 minutes.
