Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Introduce the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the broccoli, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender yet crisp.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine. Serve hot.
Notes
