Description

A vibrant and delicious steak and shrimp stir fry ready in just 25 minutes, packed with bold flavors and nutritious fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Introduce the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Toss in the broccoli, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender yet crisp.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine. Serve hot.

Notes
