Ingredients
- 20 large pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until heated through and bubbly.

Notes
For a creamier filling, add a splash of cream or sour cream to the cheese mixture. Feel free to add other ingredients like cooked ground beef or sausage for a meatier version.
