Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the spinach.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, orange segments, sliced almonds, red onion, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
