Easy and delicious spinach dip cheese crisps, perfect for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, mozzarella, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form small balls or patties with the mixture.
- Coat each ball in almond flour.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Make sure to squeeze the spinach dry to avoid soggy bites.
