A simple and delicious Spinach Artichoke Dip that is creamy, cheesy, and perfect for parties.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup chopped artichokes
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add spinach, artichokes, garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan, then stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
